For our 2024 season we are happy to offer our guests traveling with their dog an on-site unsupervised boarding option so they may enjoy our Joseph Railrider outings.

It is not safe for nor are Dogs allowed to ride on board the Railrider. This is a simple solution that gives our guests the ability to ride.

Please only utilize this boarding option if you know that your dog is comfortable with being crated, do not expect your dog to be “okay with it” if they aren’t used to being in a crate.

We have multiple businesses operating on site and a stressed dog equates to excessive barking and potential aggression and we can’t have that behavior.

We want you, your furry family member, and all guests on our trips and visiting our property to have a great time and do so in a safe manner.

If you wish to board your dog with us during your Railriding trip, the following policies and restrictions must always be adhered to.

What does unsupervised boarding mean?

This means that we will not watch or monitor your dog during your trip.

It’s your responsibility to provide your dog with water prior to the safety briefing.

Your dog will be in a shaded area that allows for a breeze.

All crates are to be “locked” with two carabiners (provided) to prevent escape artists.

We are not taking the reponsibility for your dog in any manner.

Breeds that should fit in our Large crate

Always measure and weigh your dog to be sure. These breeds (per the crate manufacturer) should typically be comfortable laying or standing in a 36″ crate.
