Our new booking system allows you to handle most booking alterations quickly and simply all on your own. This is helpful for you as you can make changes without having to wait for us to be available. It’s helpful for us as we are a small family owned business with limited resources. This feature allows us to focus more of our time and energy on providing you with the best experience we can muster.

How to…

Sign your waivers:

1. Open your customer portal

2. Click the black "Sign Waivers" button at the bottom right

3. Follow the prompts to sign your waiver, share your waiver link with others in your party (everyone must sign)

Reschedule your trip / change departure time

1. Open your customer portal

2. Click the white "Reschedule" button at the bottom left

3. Browse and find a new available date / time that works for you, select it, and confirm

Cancel your trip:

1. Open your customer portal

2. Click the white "Reschedule" button at the bottom left

3. Click the red "Cancel booking" link, confirm, select from the available refund options

What you can’t do.

Change your trip from one trip option to another. Reach out to us to make a change like this. Provide the booking persons name, outline the desired change, provide typed approval to charge the card on file for any price difference.

and

Add Joseph Branch Trip Protection to your trip. This can be added up to 30 days before departure. Reach out to us to add this feature to your booking. Provide the booking persons name and provide typed permission for us to charge your card on file.

Important

Be sure to review our Policies pertaining to trip changes and cancellations so you understand the associated cut off times. Your customer portal will not allow you to make these trip alterations inside of these windows.
