Conditions and Risks of Railriding

We take your safety seriously and we will frequently remind you of our rules and the actions you must do to help ensure a safe adventure.

It’s important to note that as with all machinery on wheels, operated by the general public, interacting with road traffic, in and/or around rough and wild terrain, and the age / condition of the 115+ yr old railroad tracks Railriding is not an activity without risk.

Participation in this activity may subject you to the following conditions / situations:

      • Bumpy Conditions with Consistent Vibration
      • Sudden and Unexpected Stops including the possibility of collision with another Railrider Car, wild or domestic animal,                                     pedestrian, a vehicle at a road crossing, and the rare but possible chance of derailment
      • Actions of domestic and wild animals / insects
      • Severe weather conditions
      • Other unforeseen situations

If you or someone in your party are not comfortable with these conditions and assuming these risks do not participate in our activity.

        RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK
